There are resources for youth and children as well as adults. They have tips and information available to help you cope and support your mental health during this time. You can search for a helpline and you can access immediate assistance if you or someone else is in immediate danger.

Crisis Resources

If you are concerned about yourself and/or someone else make sure you ACT. (Acknowledge. Care. Tell.) Acknowledge that there is something going on, let them know that you care and tell a trusted adult.

For immediate crisis needs, here are some resources:

  • National Suicide Hotline: 1-800-273-TALK (8255)

  • Crisis Text Line: Text Hello to 741741

  • Clermont County Crisis Hotline: 513-528-SAVE (7283)

It is important to make sure that we continue our self-care plans to insure our emotional and mental health. We also need to use coping strategies when needed to help us to work through stressful feelings and situations. Here you will find resources that will help you create your self-care plans and provide you with many links to coping strategies.
