We all took the survey and found what would best suite us. Roles can be subject to change or roles may be added as we learn more about each other.
- The leader manages work assignments, deadlines, emotions, and group dynamics; he/she solves problems and ensures all team members are participating.
- Our team leader is: Sabyn McCleskey
- The team spokesperson speaks on behalf of the team regarding progress.
- Our team spokesperson is: Kaytlin Davis, Taylor Liechty
- The team ideas person prevents groupthink, makes sure all ideas are considered, and brings in new material for the group to consider.
- Our team ideas person is: John Goette, Taylor Laursen
- The team recorder keeps a record of ideas and decisions, and sends a summary of decisions, tasks, and deadlines to members.

Problem Solving
We want to create a safe work environment so people feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and ideas. If/when problems arise individuals will discuss openly with each other to try to resolve, if that doesn't fix things then the leader will intervene. If it gets to be too much the leader will bring it up with the professor. Everyone's personalities are different so we want to focus on peoples strengths and help them where they have weaknesses so they are driven to complete tasks. We are going to reevaluate roles every 3 weeks until the end of the semester, to make sure everyone is doing there best in that role. If someone doesn't feel like they are doing enough, we will switch around roles.

We discussed that communication, accountability, good work environment and respect for others will be key in our success. We expect everyone to participate in weekly meetings unless communicated prior to the meeting. Deadlines need to be met, we won't procrastinate work. Explain how you want your team to work. Assignments will be given during the meeting, if you can't make the meeting a google doc will be shared giving a summary of the meeting. Check the discussion document frequently. At the beginning of each meeting we will have a 5 minute discussion regarding feedback i.e. what's working, what's not working, ideas, etc.
