Standard Behaviors:
Active participation
Timely Communication
Respect for others
Attendance:
Our team will hold a Google hangouts session every Sunday afternoon to update one another on each other’s progress and to review frequent deadlines.
In between Sunday sessions our team will utilize Canvas inbox and email to communicate with one another.
Share of Work, Decision Making, and Feedback:
In order to effectively share the workload of this class, team members will divvy up and accept assignments that are necessary to the completion of work in the course. New assignments for team members can be created and distributed every Sunday via group discussion.
All team members are expected to contribute to effective decision making and feedback. In times where an immediate decision needs to be made, the team evaluator and those who are available to contribute will be entrusted to make immediate decisions if they arise.
How will we work out issues:
Team meeting discussions will be a good avenue to resolve conflicts within the group and work through any issues that might be occurring.
If there are major communication and participation issues with a team member that cannot be resolved as a group effort, the professor of the class will be notified of the problems occurring in the group with a particular team member.
If a team member cannot fulfill an assignment given to them, they must notify the team before the assignment is due.
