You can also access other services like NHS Talking Therapies, workshops, support for sexual violence, learning contracts, and study help. Alumni can use some services for up to 6 months. "

How to register:
To book an appointment with a Wellbeing Practitioner, you must first register with the service.
After registering, you'll receive an email with a link to book your appointment (available in-person, online via MS Teams, or by phone).

You cannot register on behalf of someone else.
For concerns about another student, email or refer to the "Information for Parents and Supporters".
Other Support Options
Learning Contracts:
Disabled Student Support offers help to students with disabilities or long-term health conditions, including mental health, neurodiversity, or specific learning difficulties.
Support includes Learning Contracts, Disabled Students' Allowances, Assistive Technology, etc.

NHS Talking Therapies:
Sheffield NHS Talking Therapies offers free support for anxiety, depression, and stress to anyone 18+ registered with a Sheffield GP or under the care of a Sheffield consultant.
You can book an assessment to discuss your feelings and receive tailored support, including one-to-one therapies, courses, and online programs, provided by experienced professionals.
Report and Support:
Support for sexual violence, harassment, online abuse, and racism.
It is a platform for you to report anonymously or get support from an advisor if you've experienced sexual violence, harassment, abuse, or hate crime.
Skills Centre:
Get support with study skills through webinars and 1:1 support.
Student Support Adviser:
If you have any difficulties on managing your academic studies in daily life, please do not hesitate to contact student academic advisors through Hallam Help, and they will provide help and support to you.
Residential support service helps via telephone, online or face-to-face with issues you might face living away from home, such as:

Safety and security
Becoming part of the community.

Alumni Support
After graduation, you can still access some resources on the Student Wellbeing website, including Togetherall for up to 6 months if you joined with your student email before leaving.
