As I am writing this, it is currently May 2025, and I'm now approaching the end of my Fine Art studies at Sheffield Hallam University - a milestone that feels both surreal and long overdue. After years of experimenting, refining, and pushing through personal and creative challenges, I'll finally be graduating. It hasn't always been easy, but it has been defining. This chapter has shaped how I think, feel, and express myself as an artist, and I'll carry that forward into everything I create.
Looking ahead, I'm excited to continue practicing as an artist while also nurturing the other things that inspire me - collaborating with close friends, curating exhibitions, and staying actively involved in the wider creative community. I'll be sharing updates and new work on my Instagram art page as often as I can, with the hope of connecting more deeply with others through what I make.
I know that staying on this path will take a lot of commitment, courage, and - if I'm honest - a fair amount of luck. But I'm hopeful. I believe in the value of slow growth, honest expression, and surrounding myself with people who are just as passionate and curious. Wherever this leads, I'm glad I get to keep building it from here. After all, Sheffield Hallam doesn't teach you how to be an "Artist", instead they teach you to challenge what it is to be an Artist.
