My name is Sandra Hicken and I am chair of this years’ organising committee. The last year has been a tough year for us all, both dealing with the direct effects of the pandemic, but also picking up the pieces of all the services that have been directly, or indirectly impacted as a consequence. We have seen AHPs at the forefront of multi-disciplinary working, being flexible and taking on new roles and providing services in new and innovative ways. We know that many colleagues feel weary of all the change and uncertainty and we hope that this years’ conference gives a brief chance to recharge your batteries. You will also get a taste of the amazing ways that AHPs are working, improving clinical services, building the workforce and driving improvements. We also hope that it gives you a chance to make direct links with people new to you, hopefully broadening your horizons to network with colleagues from different organisations and roles, but who have similar interests to you. Please take a look at the pages here (navigation toggle in the top left hand side of the page) and use this opportunity to;
