Concerning the ability of completers to be hired for educational positions for which they have been prepared, the second-year retention rate for initial teacher licensure Milligan completers was 100%. The third-year employment rate for initial teacher licensure completers was 82.6% .  These employment numbers have remained relatively stable and no substantial new or emerging trends were noted in this area.100% of school counseling advanced completers are employed in school counseling positions. 100% of instructional leader completers are employed in P-12 schools and  approximately 50% are employed in administrative or school leadership positions.
