Concerning the ability of completers to be hired for educational positions for which they have been prepared, the first-year employment rate for initial teacher licensure Milligan completers was 88.2%. The third-year employment rate for initial teacher licensure completers was 100% .  These employment numbers have remained relatively stable, and no substantial new or emerging trends were noted in this area.100% of school counseling advanced completers are employed in school counseling positions. 100% of instructional leader completers are employed in P-12 schools, and approximately 37.5% are employed in administrative or school leadership positions (the highest percentage of any EPP in the state).
