Satisfaction of Employers and Employment Milestones is provided by the Tennessee Educator Preparation Report Card in the area of Employment. The first-year employment rate for Milligan completers was 88.2%, which exceeded the state average. The third-year employment rate was 100%, far exceeding the state average of 65%.  These numbers have remained relatively stable with no substantial new or emerging trends noted in this area. 100% of school counselors and instructional leader candidates are employed in P-12 settings.  Additionally, employer satisfaction surveys are also distributed for initial and advanced programs.  Survey results indicate employers are satisfied with the preparation Milligan provides for teachers, instructional leaders, and school counselors.
