Satisfaction of Employers and Employment Milestones is provided by the Tennessee Educator Preparation Report Card in the area of Employment. The second-year retention rate for Milligan completers was 100% . The third-year employment rate was 95% exceeding the state average.  These numbers have remained relatively stable with no substantial new or emerging trends noted in this area. 100% of school counselors and instructional leader candidates are employed in P-12 settings.  Additionally, employer satisfaction surveys are also distributed for initial and advanced programs.  Survey results indicate employers are satisfied with the preparation Milligan provides for teachers, instructional leaders, and school counselors.
