Before the car was dominant in the United States, another vehicle ruled the roads: the tram. Trams were once in every major American city, and no tram is more iconic than the PCC streetcar. The President's Conference Committee (PCC) were tasked with the daunting task of building a modern tram. The PCC streetcar is what they produced.
