Barton G. The Restaurant originated in Miami Florida, in 2002 and was founded by Barton G. Weiss an event designer and culinary impresario with a background in theater and fashion. The concept was born from his desire to merge high-end dining with theatrical spectacle—essentially turning a meal into an immersive, visual experience.
