Q: Are reservations required for admission?

Answer: Advance purchase of date-specific general admission tickets is strongly encouraged. Purchase Tickets

• Guests with general admission tickets will need their ticket confirmation printed or barcodes displayed on a mobile device to enter the Zoo.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can reserve?

Answer: General admission tickets are available up to 14 tickets per order. If you are interested in 15 or more, at a discounted rate, you may purchase them on-site at the Zoo's box office. 

Q: Can I make a reservation for my group, troop, etc.?

Answer: General admission tickets are available online up to 14 tickets per order. If you are interested in purchasing 15 or more tickets at a discounted rate, you may do so on-site at the Zoo's box office. . Group rates are $16 for children (age 2-12) and $19 for adults (age 13 and older) for groups of 15 or more. Purchase is not available online or via phone. 

Q: Can we leave the zoo and re-enter during our visit?

Answer: Re-entry is permitted during the day, with a valid hand stamp. There is no re-entry for nighttime events.
