Consider four factors when developing learning objectives:
Audience - Who are your students? What is their level of competency or familiarity with the subject or skill?
Behavior - What should a learner be able to do? For example, articulate or compare an interpretation or perspective? Perform a procedure?
Conditions - In what context, or under what conditions, should a learner comprehend or perform something?
Degree - How do you measure the competency of a student in this objective? How well do they understand or do it?
