The Rochester Adult Longitudinal Study (RALS) is a 50-year, 4-cohort, 1224 participant, 5-wave sequential study of Eriksonian psychosocial development in adulthood. The robust, long standing sequential design of the RALS has provided decades of contributions to the scientific understanding of Eriksonian psychosocial development in adulthood.
