Service and Emotional Support Animals

All students that need a Service Animal (SA) or Emotional Support Animal (ESA) must register with the Student Life Office by filling out the housing accommodation form in addition to the paperwork needed below to have your animal on campus. The guidelines for obtaining all of the required documents for having an SA or ESA are below:
