Pratt Munson Enrollment Information & Forms
Welcome to Pratt Munson College of Art and Design!
We are very excited you will be joining us for Fall 2024! Before your arrival, we will need some additional information from you to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
You can find all of our forms on this website. The navigation bar on the left will help you through this process. Click on each category for more information about each form.
The Transfer Credit and Health Insurance forms are due by Monday, June 3, 2024. All other forms are due by Saturday, June 15, 2024.
Important Dates:
Immediately
Begin using your Pratt email. This is where our offices will communicate with you moving forward.
May 16
Deposited Student Information Session, 5:00 pm via Zoom, register here!
June 1
Financial aid award letters are due. Return to finaid@prattmunson.edu.
June 3
Transfer Credit and Health Insurance forms are due.
June 9
Fall semester invoices will be mailed to your permanent home mailing address.
Note: International students will receive their invoices by email.
June 15
All remaining enrollment forms are due, including optional forms.
July 12
Last day to sign up for the optional monthly Nelnet Tuition Payment Plan. Additional information can be found in your invoice packet.
July 15
Fall semester payment is due in full for students not signed up for the monthly Nelnet Tuition Payment Plan. Questions should be directed to Toni Zarubin, Bursar.
August 1
Housing assignments are determined and students will be notified through their Pratt email.
August 1
Student schedules are available online through Pratt Student Self-Service. First semester schedules are predetermined by our Registrar. View the required textbook list.
August 15
Any packages received before August 15th will be subject to a storage fine. For packages with dimensions less than 24 inches, the charge to the student account will be $3.50 per day. Any packages where all dimensions total more than 24 inches, the charge will be $7.00 per day.
