Mindfulness

There are lots of fancy definitions for the word "Mindfulness." Let's make it simple: Mindfulness means "taking the time to notice what is happening right here and now."

Mindfulness can help us with a lot of things. It can help us deal with strong feelings and it can also help us to enjoy the things we love even more! Let's continue to work on our Mindfulness skills, even while we are not able to be together in our classrooms!
