As a member of the National Honor Society,

Current Members (Seniors): must complete 12 hours.

New Inductees (joining Nov 2021): Both Seniors and Juniors must complete 10 hours.

ALL MEMBERS MUST COMPLETE A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS OF TUTORING IN THE H.S. LIBRARY PER YEAR.

Examples of Volunteer Hours Service Opportunities:

1. Open House (10 Seniors) - September (3 hrs) - sign up at meeting.

2. Parent/Teacher Conferences- (10 Seniors/Juniors) -Fall/Spring (3 hrs)-sign up at meeting

3. Freshmen Folders in House A - (Seniors) -September (1 hr) -sign up at meeting

4. High School Tutoring - (Seniors / Juniors) - 1 hr (2:15-3:15) - All year - sign up via Google Classroom.

5. Smith Clove Family Fun Night (HS)- January -sign up at meeting

6. Science Olympiad - Middle School (Juniors/Seniors)-April- (1-4 hrs) - sign up at meeting

7. Junior Prom Decoration - (Seniors) (2 hrs) - May - sign up at meeting

8. All Night Graduation party decoration -( Juniors) - (3hr minimum) - last day of school - sign up at meeting

9. Expand night celebration - ( Seniors/Juniors) 3 hours - June- sign up at meeting

10. Smith Clove Field day - (Seniors/ Juniors) - June - (1 - 4 hours)-sign up at meeting

11. Graduation -(Juniors) (3 hrs) - used for senior year requirement - sign up at meeting -
