Donations are used to purchase Instruments, Instrument Supplies, Sheet Music, etc. Please come to our committee meetings to learn more about our budget! We receive no money from the state or district for program expenses. Everything is covered by your generous donations!
If you would like to donate money to Graham Performing Arts, please write a check to the PTA with "Performing Arts" in the Memo Line.

What does my donation cover?
Your donation helps us to pay for general program expenses such as sheet music, software (Smart Music and Sight Reading Factory Memberships), Fees for entering festivals, director state membership fees, sheet music storage, administrative expenses, etc.
I already donated, why am I being asked to donate again for an Instrument Rental?
Thank you for your donation! Our general program has many expenses (see above). We ask you to donate again for things that are specific to YOUR CHILD such as instrument rentals. We have to purchase the instruments, and often repair them and these donations cover those costs.
Please remember that all donations are voluntary:)
