Weddings and Event Rentals

Mount Vernon Unitarian Church is situated on seven beautifully landscaped acres four miles south of Old Town Alexandria. 

We offer elegant indoor and outdoor event spaces, with a selection of catering services, and ample parking.

Steps to Plan Your Event

Hollin Hall

Hollin Hall is a Georgian manor house, able to accommodate 150 people for a stand-up reception and 80-90 people seated.

The ground floor features four adjoining rooms (a dining room, fireplace room and two enclosed porches), a formal entry hall, and modern kitchen.

The Meeting House

The Meeting House can accommodate 225 guests standing or 150-175 people for a seated reception.

A beautiful slate terrace adjoining the Meeting House and facing the walled garden provides an outdoor reception and elegant cocktail space.

The Gardens

Outdoor event spaces include a paved terrace, pato and a walled garden. Space is available to set up tents on the lawns, near the gardens or patio.
