Come as you are. On most Sundays, the dress code is comfortable and casual.
Please stop by the welcome table (the first table as you come in the meeting house) and pick up a name tag. We'll wear ours, too, so it's easy to get to know each other.
Our ushers will offer you a hymnal and Order of Service as you enter the chapel. Services often include music, readings, reflections, and a sermon. We may host guest ministers, lay speakers and guest musicians.
Need help hearing? We have hearing-assistance support. Please ask the ushers for a device.
Children of all ages are welcome to sit with you.
Near the beginning of the service is a Story for All Ages, where we often invite children to sit up front.
Children's Classes During Service
After the story, children from pre-K to high school go to classes in Hollin Hall or the Carriage House, as the adults stay in the chapel for the rest of the service.
The carriage house and Hollin Hall are separate buildings near the chapel. They rejoin parents after the service.
In the meeting house, a nursery (with toys and a bathroom) is available just off the kitchen for you and your little one. The sound system allows you to hear the service there.
Rev. David Clements became our Developmental Minister in the summer of 2025.
As a Developmental Minister, he helps us prepare to call a new settled minister, a process guided by the Unitarian Universalist Association.
After the Sunday service, please join us for coffee, tea, and refreshments.
Coffee hour is in the Commons adjacent to the meeting house.
Look around for group tables - you may find the Climate Action Team, the Book Nook, Social Justice, or another group offering information and opportunities.
Let's get to know each other better. We look forward to meeting you.
