Vision for Technology

Technology is a valuable resource in supporting effective pedagogy.  However, technology is only a tool. It does not replace effective teaching, it augments it. Virtually every career we are preparing our students for (many of which do not exist yet) will include the use of technology.  Effective use of technology is crucial in our “future ready” educational efforts.

Our vision is for learners of all ages to have equitable access to information and technology resources and to become self-motivated and agile learners, critical thinkers and problem solvers, effective communicators, skilled collaborators, technology capable creators, and responsible and culturally aware citizens.
