Quality Indicators for Assistive Technology- (QIAT) Specific quality indicators that were developed by focus groups and validated through research, development, and delivery of assistive technology (AT) services and includes: Consideration of AT Needs, Assessment of AT Needs, AT in the IEP, AT Implementation, Evaluation of Effectiveness of AT, AT in Transition, Administrative Support for AT, and AT Professional Development.

AT Internet Modules ATIM is designed to provide high-quality information and professional development on assistive technology (AT) for educators, professionals, families, persons with disabilities, and others. ATIM modules are available at no cost. Each module guides you through case studies, instructional videos, pre- and post-assessments, a glossary, and much more. If you would like to receive credit for your time on ATIM, certificate and credit options are available for a fee.
