The District converted to pdEnroller to manage course offerings in August 2022. ALL courses and clock hours previously earned through HRMplus were transfered to pdEnroller at the end of June.
You will need to create or activate your pdEnroller account. Go to https://pdenroller.org/welcome and follow the onboarding process. To avoid creating duplicate user accounts, if you are unable to log in under your current email address, try previous email addresses first. If you do not have an existing pdEnroller account, you will be prompted to create a new one.
How to claim clock hours:
When you complete a class/training, click on your name in the top right-hand corner, then select Clock Hours to view the hours waiting in your queue. Select the green TAKE SURVEY button (this is the evaluation form). Follow the instructions to complete the survey; clock hours will then be recorded to your transcripts; at this point you can 'download transcripts' to view recorded transcripts.
Individual transcripts are available to view and download under the Clock Hours tab or online at https://pdenroller.org/My/Credits. pdEnroller will automatically upload your information in your EDS/eCert account nightly. The clock hour form is known as Transcript. Submit to the HR office no later than August 15, 2023.
If you have clock hour documentation for events not on your transcript, please look at each clock hour document to determine what agency provided those clock hours. The clock hour provider is listed at the top of the form. Contact that provider with questions regarding those clock hours. If you believe you are missing MVSD clock hours on your pdEnroller transcript, email hcarter@mvsd320.org with the following information:
Start date(s) and title(s) of the missing MVSD clock hour class(es)
First, middle, and last name
Email address(es)
Previous or alternate email address
IF you completed a Professional Growth Plan (PGP), print/complete the Annual Professional Growth Plan (PGP) Verification Continuing Education Credit Hours form (OSPI form #1128-8); value 25 clock hours.
IF you completed a course through Skagit Valley College (or other college/university), credits can be converted to clock hours:
1 quarter credit = 10 clock hours
1 semester credit = 15 clock hours
Clock hours may only be applied from APPROVED CLOCK HOUR PROVIDERS as determined by OSPI - select the document to check if your course provider is on the list.
