Transcript Request

Transcripts will be available in September.

Send Transcripts: Use SchooLinks (Schoolinks- Login thru Mount Vernon School District Clever) to download a copy of your transcript or request your official transcript be sent out to any college or post-secondary institution.  

-To download a copy of your unofficial transcript: 

1)Click on the "School" tab on the far left of your screen 

2)Click on "Records Request" 

3)Click on "Download Unofficial Transcript." 

4) Download your transcript.

-To send your high school initial or midyear or final official transcript to a college or post-secondary institution: 

1)If your Common Application is linked and your Colleges have been added to Schoolinks, skip to step 5.  If you need to manually add a college, click on the "Colleges" tab on far left of your screen. 

2)Click on "College Applications" 

3)Click on the blue "+ Add Application" at the top of your screen to select the college or institution that you would like to send a transcript 

4)Add the college and fill in the the required details on the application page, and click Save Application. 

5)Next, you'll see the application details page. Here, you will notice that any required documents from counselors (like initial and midyear transcripts) are automatically requested. MVHS will send out your official transcript and you can view the history and status of the requested documents by clicking Show History for more details.

-If you took courses at a college during high school, you must also send you college transcript:

Transcript Request: Class of 2025 & Prior

Both the official and the unofficial transcript contain the same information about a student’s academic record: a chronological list of classes, grades, and credits.

• OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT: Includes a signature, the school seal, and the date it was issued.

• UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT: used for personal records, to submit to insurance, or scholarships.

Official Transcript: Current MVHS Students

Use Naviance to request an official transcript to Colleges.  Follow these instructions:

Final College Transcript Request: Do you need to send a final transcript to your college/university?  Login to Naviance to request your final transcript and follow these instructions. 

• • • Request your Final Transcript with this Required Senior Survey Form Class of 2025.

    • If you completed College in the High School Courses or Running Start Courses, you must request your Official Transcript from the College Directly:

      • Skagit Valley College

      • Everett Community College

      • Western Washington University

Unofficial Transcript

Freshman-Seniors: To request an Unofficial Transcript please complete the Unofficial Transcript Request Form.

• Your transcript will be uploaded to Skyward under the "report card tab" within in 48 business hours, where it can be downloaded, saved, or printed. 

• Official Transcript: MVHS Alumni

• If you are a graduate of Mount Vernon High School and would like an Official Transcript, please send an email to mvhs.registrars@mvsd320.org and include your Full Name, (Maiden Name if applicable),  Date of Birth and where you would like to have your official transcript mailed.
