of all ages to complete the nativity, bridge and cider booth
November 15 10-20 able bodied workers to make needed repairs and recover panels in backing material as needed
November 17 25-30 people to bring down props from attic and transport to nativity. Trucks and trailers appreciated.
November 28-29 30+ people to build city walls, label shops, distribute props, sort costumes, assemble tables for shops, connect lights, torches and speakers, and get the city ready for opening night.
December 6 45+ people Decorate the shops, set up the sanctuary, set up the cider booth and check burners and supplies, test sound and lights, fill propane tanks, cover entry and sanctuary carpets with protective film, put up signs for parking and overflow parking, check specialty props for nativity and city, prepare candy canes for handouts, get fish out of freezer for fish shop, prep meal for opening night cast and crew, review safety and parking procedures, check role assignments, set up donation boxes, set up envelopes to pay police officers, dress camels, etc.
Weekdays December 9-12 2-8 people
To pack up props and prepare bins for return to attic.
December 13 20-25 people
Take down the city. Move props to barn and attic from city

Meet on field near nativity stage

Work on task until lunch time
Break for lunch
Finish tasks of the day
work gloves, hammers, drills, power packs and chargers, and ladders
We provide materials and coffee and water for all workdays.
