Julie Atwood

Behavior Specialist

Julie has been working to support students of varying abilities in a variety of settings (residential, clinical and general and Special Education classrooms) for the last 16 years. She completed her Bachelor's in History and Secondary Education at the University of North Texas and her Master's in Special Education (with ABA emphasis) through the University of Oklahoma. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Oklahoma. Her focus and passion is providing support and training to direct providers/practitioners (e.g. teachers, parents and significant others) to improve student outcomes.

Julie is currently a Doctoral student and SPIDERS Grant Scholar at the University of Oklahoma.

Pam Shade

Behavior Interventionist

Pam has been working to support students for 32 years. She received her bachelor's in education from the University of Central Oklahoma. She started her career in the general education classroom in the elementary area. She then moved into special education, starting with mild and moderate students that included co-teaching, and moved into Functional Skills to finish out her classroom experience. She has embarked on her journey as a behavior interventionist last year, and received her certification as a Registered Behavior Technician. Her focus and passion has always been to improve student outcomes, support teachers and educators, and provide problem solving skills for all involved.
