💲Pricing and Payment Dates

• Total price of science camp: $500

  • Cash or check (pay to the order of: Weller Elementary) should be given to Mr. Roque. Please attach a note with your child's name on the payment.

  • All payments to Mr. Roque will get a receipt with the updated balance on the bottom left

  • No students will be denied from attending science camp due to money. Please see the Scholarship section for more information.

• First deposit to secure a spot: $100, due on January 16, 2026

  • Reminders of the first deposit balance will be sent out the weekend of January 10

• Final payment: due on February 27, 2026

  • Reminders of the final payment will be sent out the weekend of February 14

💰Scholarships

• We understand that the cost of science camp may be difficult for some families. We will set aside some money from some fundraisers to help families who need financial assistance.

• Parents: If you would need help paying for science camp, please fill out this Google form before December 19th. Filling out the form does not guarantee you will receive money.

  • March 16 (Monday): Drop off students by 8am, bus leaves at 10am at Multi-Use Room

  • March 20 (Friday): Pick up students at Multi-Use Room after 1pm

    • Students will be in the MUR until 1:57pm, then will go where they normally go after school

📜Forms to Fill Out

Medical History and Authorization Form (DUE BY FEBRUARY 13)

• This form MUST be completed in order for your child to attend Science Camp

1. Click the link above

2. You will need to create an account and verify your email address.

3. Once you’ve created your account, log in

4. Enter information about the person attending (student) 

5. Enter information about the guardian (you)

6. Select Registration

• • • Click “register for a new session”

    • Select “student" 

7. Search the name of the school your child attends.

• • • Type the name of the school you are participating with to find our session.

    • After selecting the school, click Continue

    • You will first be asked if you want to insure your trip with an optional protection plan. That is your choice. 

    • Click Register for this session.

8. Now you are ready to complete medical forms. Click on Forms in the menu on the left hand side of the screen. 

• • • Follow the instructions to complete your registration before the deadline.

    • You can pause and return to the form - your progress will be saved.

OPTIONAL: Science Camp Merchandise Ordering (DUE BY FEBRUARY 13)

• If you would like to order a t-shirt, hat, or sweatshirt with the science camp's name (Exploring New Horizons) for your child, you can order online. Your child will receive their clothing when they are at science camp.
