About

Summary Description of the program:

These elements provide a framework and safe environment for students to explore how science is connected to engineering research, design, and the development life cycle. Students of all cognitive abilities are able to engage the creative part of their brains to make significant contributions and develop their critical thinking skills. What makes our class and after-school program different from traditional engineering classes is that our students act like ‘research engineers.’ These students are ready to meet the next challenge with creativity rather than incrementally improve an existing design.

Our students have presented their research locally, nationally, and internationally. See the photo gallery for a pics of these presentations.
