Google Forms

Google Forms is a great way to gather information. It can be used for surveys and questionnaires, or turned into a quiz. Results can feed a Google Sheet to allow for more data analysis and visualization.

Students sign in at forms.google.com to create or simply go to the link you share in order to complete a form.
