A note regarding using INSPIRE at home:
If your computer's IP (Internet protocol) address is not recognized as being within the state of Indiana when you go to the INSPIRE portal https://inspire.in.gov, you will not be able to search the database and receive results.
If this happens, choose "Institutional Login" under the Authentication error. From there you will either need to sign in with an Access Indiana account, or choose "Don't have an Access Indiana account?" From there, you will follow the prompts to create an account.
To go directly to the Access Indiana login/account creation, use this link: INSPIRE from Home. If you have issues with creating or logging into Access Indiana, you need to contact Access Indiana directly. For Access Indiana support, please call (866) 960-3023 during their business hours Monday-Friday 8am – 9pm and on Saturday from 9am to 1 pm.
