Our Purpose

The Sexual Assault Advisory Council (SAAC) is a collaborative of community-based survivor service providers in Multnomah County and the Portland Metro Area. Our purpose is to support, guide and improve sexual violence prevention and intervention services while ensuring that survivors feel safe, heard, empowered and valued.  Find out more here.
