''URBAN LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE 2023''
STUDENT EXHIBITION
The annual student exhibition, "URBAN LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE 2023," is a cherished tradition organized every year. Its primary objective is to introduce and promote the distinctive attributes of universities offering courses in landscape architecture and architecture planning. Furthermore, it is dedicated to enhancing the intellectual, technical, and artistic abilities of undergraduate students. This event serves as a platform to facilitate the exchange of ideas and aims to disseminate their work to a broader audience.
This year's edition is scheduled for October 10, 2023, and will take place at the "Khatan Tuul" Theater of the Mongolian University of Life Sciences. It is being organized in collaboration with Nirma University of the Republic of India, as part of the URGENT project funded by the European Union.
EXHIBITION OBJECTIVES:
The exhibition is driven by the following objectives:
- To foster free thinking, skills, artistic expression, and academic growth among students specializing in architecture and planning.
- To encourage innovative approaches in the field and to promote the dissemination of policies and concepts that define the realm of landscape architecture planning.

THEME OF THE WORK:
The content is framed within the theme of " SPATIAL SOLUTIONS FOR NATURE-BASED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING"
PARTICIPATION OPPORTUNITIES:
Participation is open to 3rd and 4th-year undergraduate students enrolled in universities that offer Landscape architecture, and architecture and planning programs. Interested participants are required to access the following link, complete the application form, and submit it by October 2, 2023.
REQUIREMENTS FOR WORKS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXHIBITION:
The submitted work must align with the theme of the exhibition. Participants should print their work in the 80/180 format, following the guidelines provided in the appendix.
Each participant is required to submit a 5-minute video in English explaining the innovative aspects of their work. The video can be uploaded to a YouTube channel, and the link should be emailed to batzaya@muls.edu.mn. Submissions for the exhibition will be accepted until October 7, 2023. On October 10, 2023, the top three works from the exhibition will be selected, and awards will be presented, including the URGENT project award and the sponsor's award.
