Mulgrave Outdoor Education At Home
You might notice that when you step outside and get a breath of fresh air, you instantly feel calmer. Being outside has been studied and proven to reduce negative emotions and foster positive mental health. In this time when the Mulgrave Community is engaged in eLearning, we encourage you and your family to get outside daily. By providing our students opportunities to connect to nature, we can expect the positive effects to translate over to all aspects of their lives. Please revisit this site often as new activities will be added on a weekly basis.

“I encourage you to get outside...If you are not in self-isolation, yes, you can go outside. But go only with your family members in small groups, and maintain those distances. It is important for us to keep our health and mental health going as well through this.”
