1. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in.

If a booking is made within 7 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Prices are subject to change until confirmed.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before check-in.

50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before check-in.

No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in.

No refunds for early departures or unused nights.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 2:30 PM (early check-in by request, subject to availability).

Check-out: By 9:30 AM (late check-out by request, subject to availability).

Guests must return keys to the lockbox on departure.

Lost keys will incur a $100 replacement fee.

4. Guest Responsibilities

The lead guest (person making the booking) is responsible for ensuring all guests follow house rules.

Maximum 2 vehicles per apartment.

No parties, events, or excessive noise (quiet hours after 8:30 PM).

Specified number of guests only – breach of this rule can result in instant cancellation of a booking with no refund payable or extra charges paid on site. This is at owner's discretion. 

Guests must keep the property clean and return all items to their original place.

5. Damages & Liability

Please report any damage or maintenance issues immediately so we can fix these items ASAP.

Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required will result in a charge to the guest.

BBQ must be cleaned after use, or a $50 cleaning fee will apply.

Guests agree to compensate for lost/damaged property, including stained or damaged linens.

6. Security & Safety

Guests must lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

Security cameras operate for guest and property safety.

The property is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

7. Breach of Terms

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

Any additional charges incurred will be billed to the lead guest.

8. Agreement

By booking and staying at Mokorau Apartments, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
