Dietz is a law enforcement professional with over 10 years of experience serving her community in public safety. Her career includes time on Patrol, the Tactical Support Unit, Crisis Negotiation Team, Dive Team, and as a School Resource Officer. Alongside her work in the field, Dietz is also an educator and counselor, where she enjoys teaching law enforcement–related courses and supporting students through both academic and personal growth. She is passionate about building connections, sharing real-world experience, and helping others develop confidence, critical thinking skills, and a strong sense of responsibility to their communities.
