The Global Corner Cohort aims to connect international and domestic first year Muhlenberg students together as roommates in a shared area of a first year dorm. Selected roommates (from both the United States and overseas) will meet as part of the OISS International Pre-Orientation program in order to build a foundation for this program and to get to know one another. During the semester, students will meet regularly as a group cohort for events, dinner, discussion and other fun activities! Additionally, students take their PPD Foundations course as a cohort with a focus on Global and cross-cultural understanding.
Our hope is that all involved will learn to navigate the roommate relationship, learn more about themselves, and build cross-cultural understanding right here at Muhlenberg College.
