5th grade fun!

This six weeks fifth grade is learning about mixtures and solutions and the civil war. They are also learning how to write research papers. Even though there's a lot going on in school, sports are a big subject nowadays. Kylie likes the Lakers, while Joseph, Abigail, and Branson like the Mavericks. In their free time, Brody likes to play basketball and Carly likes to be lazy. Ady hates wasting her free time getting her braces changed and Zadok hates doing chores. Since Winter is going away soon, some of these kids will miss special things about it. Jack likes staying inside, Eleanor likes drinking hot cocoa, and Ava likes playing in the snow. Although kids like the Winter they also like animals. If they could be any animal, Carson and Liam would want to be dogs, but Brady would want to be a cat. Emma would like to be a parakeet. These fifth graders had a great six weeks and they can't wait for the next one!
