What is included in the New Hampshire Trip?

New this year:

We are opening up the trip to current MT Ski Club members from both the High School and Middle School and their Parent/Guardian. High School Ski Club Members may register with or without a parent/guardian and choose their roommate(s) or request to be assigned a roommate(s) to form a Double, Triple, or Quad reservation. Middle School Ski Club Members are required to have a participating Parent or Guardian register and accompany them to participate on the trip.

To sign-up, please complete the two-step process:

STEP 1:  Complete the New Hampshire Registration Packet and submit Payment to MT Recreation and Park Planning with payment. Registration is due no later than December 20, 2023.

STEP 2:  A 2-day Epic Pass is required for groups skiing at the mountains and is available at an additional charge. If you do not already have an Epic Pass, you may visit https://www.epicpass.com/ and select "Passes"; Epic 2-Day, and choose the 22 Resorts option for non-holiday dates. Participants needing an Epic Pass are encouraged to purchase their lift tickets as soon as possible as the fee for the passes escalates through January.

You are responsible for registering and paying for your Epic Pass through the Epic Pass Website. You will also be required to upload a picture of the passholder and sign the waiver for the pass to be valid.

Although we do not anticipate this need, should our trip not reach our minimum number of 40 participants and must cancel the trip, your Epic Pass is still valid at the MidAtlantic sites in PA such as Seven Springs, Ski Roundtop, and Jack Frost / Big Boulder.

Please note that we will be holding a Parent Meeting in February 2024 to prepare for the trip.
