An eight-class unit of FITNESS RUN/WALKS and SPIN WORKOUTS using an HR monitor. Students must be in their THR (target heart rate) zone for a total of 25 minutes out of the 30-minute run. Grade calculations are based on your MIZ (minutes in zone) divided by the total minutes of activity AND your ability to follow the workout as prescribed. Students may lose points if they do not perform the entire workout, regardless of their MIZ.
