Abhishek was awarded a finishing fellowship and a Dean's award for an outstanding scholarship in 2024. He also received the Dean's Award for Outstanding Graduate Teaching Award 2021 for his great job in teaching the lab sessions for MEEM4707 Autonomous Systems. He developed the lab materials for MEEM4705/5705 and MEEM4707 with Drs. Park and Bae.
