This is a very important site containing a lot of information for the next school year.  Please read all of the way to the bottom to ensure that you catch everything.

FRESHMAN ORIENTATION 

Freshman Orientation is Monday, August 12th from 8:00-noon in the MSM gym.  Wear your purple and get ready to have some fun and meet your classmates!  More details to come from Mrs. Coker.


NEW PARENT MEETING

The new parent meeting is Monday, August 12th at 5:30 p.m. in the cafeteria.  Mrs. Sara Jones, Head of School, and key administrative staff will be answering all of your questions about getting your daughters through the first several weeks of school.  


WELCOME BACK DAY 

Welcome Back Day is Tuesday, August 13th in the MSM gym.  All students will need to wear their uniforms.  You will be given the option to order school pictures, water bottles, etc. at that time.  More information to come in early August.

*Freshmen will be on campus from 8:00-3:00 p.m.  Once they are finished in the gym with Welcome Back Day, they will meet in the cafeteria to begin part 2 of freshman orientation. More details to come from Mrs. Coker.


FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

Wednesday, August 14th is the first day of school.

SCHEDULE CHANGE

 If you have a schedule change, please use the form here.  The counselors will process schedule changes July 23rd - July 26th. 

Schedule changes will not be processed over the phone, via email or by anyone other than a counselor.  *To make a schedule change, simply complete the Google form above. We will not be able to accommodate all requests but we will do our best.

NEW BOOKSTORE:  

Please do not purchase any textbooks!  We have implemented a new program designed to streamline your experience.  For a flat rate of $300, all of your required textbooks will be delivered to the school in early August. This book charge will be spread out over your tuition payments for the year, beginning in August.  No more out-of-stock issues or wondering if you have the right book!

LOCKER SIZE:  

ART STUDENTS

Art supplies will be purchased by MSM and billed to your FACTS account.  A form authorizing the charge will come home AFTER the beginning of the school year.

AP STUDENTS

If you are in an AP class with summer work make sure you have work completed by the first day of school. 

JUNIORS ONLY:

All TB test results(required) and COVID vaccinations(optional) must be turned in on or before Welcome Day (August 13). Students will lose points for late TB test results.

SENIORS ONLY:

If your daughter has not already made an appointment with LeMay Photography to have her senior portrait taken please schedule an appointment.  You will need to contact Mr. LeMay directly at either 501-219-1165 or jon@lemayphoto.net
