I attended Stockton College for my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education. I am also highly qualified in Language Arts Grades 5-8. I have my Master's in Reading and Reading Specialist certification from The College of New Jersey. I love teaching children how to read and am passionate about supporting students with early literacy skills.
Hello, my name is Cara Zimmerman and I am a First Grade teacher at Orchard Hill Elementary School! I have been teaching at OHES for 13 years and teaching first grade for 10 years! I am so grateful to be your teacher! I am so excited to meet all of you!
I graduated from Montgomery High School in 2006. I attended school in Montgomery from 7th-12th grade. I was on the Track and Cross country team in middle school and high school. I competed in the Penn Relays twice. My event was the 4x400 relay. I also competed at the New York Armory indoor track and field championships in the 400 meter and the 4x400 meter relay. In college, I traveled to compete in many track meets. One of the Track meets was at Yale University! I have also completed two half marathons.
