Classroom Rules
Come to school (good attendance)
Be prepared to learn
Limit your distractions (focus at all times)
Raise your hand
Use an inside voice
Keep your hands and feet to yourself
Pay close attention when others are speaking (eyes on the speaker)
Walk at all times, especially in the classroom and in the hallways
Hand in homework and important forms on time
Be an active teammate during partner work - regular participation
Handle all materials and school property appropriately
Keep your assigned spaces organized - desk, cubby, lunch space
Clean up after yourself (check floors for wrappers, crumbs, etc.)
Reminders
Be kind with words and actions in all SCHOOL spaces, including while riding the bus - Think BEFORE you speak and act!
Be a good listener
Include others when you can
TRY your best, even if it feels challenging at first
Golden Rule (NEW and IMPROVED) - treat others the way they want to be treated
Follow all school rules and expectations:
*ID must be with you at all times
*You must have some type of note/message for Parent Pick-Up
*No devices on you. Phones and smartwatches need to be silenced and remain in your bag.
