About Mr. Reeder

Hello! I am so excited to meet you and tell you all about me and my family! I live with my wonderful wife, Sarah, and two awesome sons, Owen and Everett. I have been teaching in Orchard Hill Elementary School since 2006. I like to read books, sing songs, make jokes that first graders sometimes find funny, and teach kids so much about reading, writing, math, and life. I am sure that we will have fun together in first grade!

When I’m not teaching or learning, I am most likely spending time with my animals practicing one of my hobbies. I enjoy swimming, exercising (to stay healthy), slowly learning French, painting tiny figures,  watching scary movies, and creating my own games.  I love playing with my sons and pet: a little dog named Winnie that you'll hear a lot about!

I am extremely excited for the this school year with my first grade class in room 118. I am looking forward to meeting you all!
