I was born and raised in Connecticut.
I graduated from Gettysburg College with a major in English.
I earned my Master's Degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Special Education from Northeastern University.
I started my career as an editor, then worked at Harvard Medical School in the Department of Health Care Policy coordinating events and programs.
I have been teaching for 13 years, 12 of which have been in Montgomery.
I studied abroad in Florence, Italy.
Something fun about me is that I've been to 48 states and 36 national parks.
I love to stay active by playing basketball, volleyball, softball, and golf. I also love to do yoga and take hikes.
