Pre-registration is required for our program. 

Preregistration is essential to ensure we have enough staff, snacks and materials available to provide a fun and positive experience for all! Registration forms are due the Friday prior to the first of every month ahead of care. You will receive an invoice from Ms. Becca based on the days you have registered for and payment is to be submitted no later than the 15th of each month. 

 We understand that life happens and plans may change unexpectedly, so limited slots will be held in case drop-in care is needed. Any late registrations for After School care must be made prior to 11 am on the date that care is needed. Late registrations for Before School care must be made prior to 5 pm the night before care is needed. Please note that drop-in care, as well as late registration, will result in a $5.00 fee on top of the cost of care. 

It is also important to note that our program is over at 5:30 (5:00 for preschoolers). We understand that emergencies may arise and if this does happen, please call us and let us know as early as possible that you may be late. There is a $5.00 late fee for every ten minutes that you are late. Repetitive drop-ins, late pick-ups, and/or late registration could result in ineligibility from the program.
