Digitalization at the City of St. Gallen
The aim of this project was to support a Swiss city in its development towards a smart city. In the process, we digitised a tax process for St. Gallen. The project was implemented in a group with a coach, but we had to act very independently and communicate constantly with the city. It was a very exciting project because we were able to actually work out something useful for "real life".
In this project, special focus was placed on working in sprints. The ongoing and professional exchange with St. Gallen and our coach was also important. In addition, I was able to acquire new knowledge on the topic of smart cities during this project.

Honey Fashion
In this project we developed our sustainability perspective and a familiarity with the methods and instruments how to implement it in a corporation. In the process, we have been heavily involved with the Sustainable Business Model Canvas.
The task was to invent a company that was founded in the last 6 months and is still in its building phase and hopes to soon receive capital from investors interested in sustainable businesses. Our company was engaged in the clothing industry.

Marketing concept for the A. Zimermann AG
This project is the final thesis of my professional baccalaureate.
The aim of the assignment was to create a marketing concept for an SME from the region. It included a marketing analysis and subsequent marketing actions. The analysis should describe the current situation as accurately as possible. The measures were developed on the basis of the analysis and had to be uncomplicated and realistic. Furthermore, they should give the company an advantage and thus positively influence future business activities. We have cooperated with the company A. Zimmermann AG, which operates in the field of plumbing and heating.
For me, it was the first project in which we developed something that would really benefit the company in real life, which motivated me enormously. Carrying out such a marketing project from A to Z was enormously exciting and very instructive. I can apply this knowledge in any other company. In addition, it was the first paper we wrote on an academic level, which helped me for my future assignments.
