From 2014 to 2017 I completed my three-year apprenticeship as a commercial clerk in banking at Raiffeisenbank Thunersee. For the school part, I attended the business school in Thun. I was able to achieve a grade in both the school and the company part.
To enable me to study at a university of applied sciences after my apprenticeship, I completed the professional baccalaureate part-time from 2017 to 2019, also at the business school in Thun. With a final grade of 5.4, I also achieved a ranking grade here.
During my apprenticeship I acquired the Cambridge Business English Preliminary Certificate (B1) in English. In the third year of my apprenticeship, I also obtained the Cambridge English First Certificate (B2). This meant that I was then exempt from English classes during the professional baccalaureate.
My English skills will be challenged and improved by the bachelor program, as some modules will be completed in English.
By completing the semester abroad in Canada, I was able to further improve and consolidate my English.
I can communicate fluently in English both orally and in writing.
During my apprenticeship, I earned the Diplôme de français professionnel (B1) in French. During the professional baccalaureate, I continued to work on my French skills and was able to obtain the Diplôme d'Etudes en Langue Française (B2).
Since then, I rarely use my French, but I am still able to communicate orally and in writing.
