Research Project Presentation - 'Variations on a Theme of Belonging: Exploring Immigrant Students’ Partnerships with Faculty to Increase Cultural Awareness and Inclusion at MRU'
This presentation describes how creating spaces for dialogue allowed immigrant students to inform professors about their cultural beliefs, protocols and classroom experiences at MRU.
The study raises awareness about the importance of relationships, issues of identity and the potential of student-faculty partnerships in creating inclusive classrooms that support learning for all students.
