The Community Action, Research, and Education (CARE) Grant Program furthers Prairieaction Foundation’s goal to support community-based research into action-based solutions to violence and abuse. The grant program funds qualifying charitable organizations to do research projects that identify potential strategies, models and methods to ultimately eliminate the issues and impact of violence and abuse. We commonly have faculty members who wish to study students from other institutions. The simplest way to do this is to partner with a faculty member at the institution where you want to study the students. However, at times, this is not possible. This eLearning module will introduce you to the basics of knowledge translation - what it entails, its purpose in moving evidence into action, the benefits of effective KT, and how patient partners can play a role in the process.

The center offers a variety of professional development certificates focusing on Indigenous Wholistic Healing, Decolonization and other traditional knowledge.
